    How it works

    Four steps from order to razor-sharp knives.

      Order online

      Choose knife type, quantity and size. We'll calculate the right envelope size for you.

    2. 02

      We send envelope + return label

      We send an empty padded knife envelope with a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Postal delivery normally takes 2–5 business days.

    3. 03

      Mail your knives

      Pack the knives safely in the envelope, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest post office or service point.

    4. 04

      Sharpened knives back

      We sharpen them and send them back in the same envelope, with a tracking number sent by email.

    How to pack the knife envelope for return

    Once you've received the knife envelope — follow these five steps to send your knives in safely.

      Fit the blade guard

      Fit the blade guard

      Slide the blade into the knife guard as far as it goes, so the whole blade is covered. No handle in the guard!

      Place the knives in the envelope

      Place the knives in the envelope

      Put your items in the knife envelope. If you have 3–4 long knives, it helps to place them crosswise.

      Seal the envelope

      Seal the envelope

      Remove the protective tape strip and seal the knife envelope for shipping.

      Attach the return label

      Attach the return label

      Place the return label on top of the address label already on the envelope so it fully covers it.

      Drop off at the post

      Hand in the knife envelope at your nearest post service point.
